• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
3. No Guaranteed Results
We strive to deliver high-quality services and strategies, but we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, followers, engagement, or revenue. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information and materials needed for services
• Respond in a timely manner to requests
• Own or have permission to use any content provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content created by NYT Agency remains our property until full payment is received.
Once paid, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
You may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.
6. Advertising & Platform Policies
We are not responsible for:
• Account bans or restrictions
• Platform policy changes
• Ad disapprovals
• Algorithm changes
Clients are responsible for compliance with Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
7. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel services with written notice.
No refunds will be issued for time already worked.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
• Client is abusive or fraudulent
• Illegal activity is suspected
• Payment is not made
8. Limitation of Liability
NYT Agency is not liable for:
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Platform account issues
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your business information and will not share it without permission unless required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
