Refund and Returns Policy

NYT Agency LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital marketing and social media management services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.


1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of digital and marketing services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Social media management
  • Content creation
  • Marketing strategy
  • Advertising setup
  • Consulting or onboarding work

Once service delivery begins, we allocate time, resources, and staff specifically to your account.


2. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us or through their account portal (if available).

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.
  • You will continue receiving service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.

3. One-Time Services

Payments for one-time services (such as website setup, audits, or strategy packages) are non-refundable once work has begun.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Account termination
  • Additional fees to recover administrative costs

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has been started
  • The service was never delivered
  • There was a proven billing error

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
